Provide Solution:

Our assessment will be documented, and a solution will be developed and presented outlining our recommendations and ideas to increase efficiency & productivity while reducing expenses when possible.

Order:

Once we have discussed any questions or changes and agree upon the final solution, we will prepare the order and submit for your approval. Upon completion, the next steps for system configuration, installation and training will be scheduled.

Install & Training:

When our scheduled installation day arrives, we will provide onsite technicians and support as needed to ensure a seamless transition. During the installation training will be provided to the end users as well as documentation and web content for future reference.

Our system monitors the status of the phones with every phone call. If your internet goes down you still can place and receive calls on our mobile or web apps. Additionally, we can route calls to another location if needed. Your customers will never know the difference.

Call quality over the public internet has several variables in play. We do everything possible to protect that quality. Our system is hosted in four specialized datacenters that also house 100% of the tier 1 and 90% of the tier 2 Telcom Providers in the US. This means that calls from our network to your network are handed off within the same building. Not having to jump through multiple networks ensures the lowest latency and best possible call quality.

We can setup your new system as quickly as the next day. Install the new hardware within days of delivery. The porting process takes 2-3 weeks from submission of all the documents, incomplete information and pending orders can delay this process.

Once you have accepted our quote you will be contacted by an INNOVEX VoIP implementation specialists. They will gather all the required documents, answer any questions, and obtain the information needed to provision your new system.

Those who have ordered hardware, or any one-time services will be charged upon order acceptance. All other recurring services will begin charges upon activation of service which will be advised via email. Activation of service occurs either when you receive temporary phone numbers for forwarding from your previous carrier, or upon porting your first number to our service.
